My HVAC system failed. I was thankful it wasn't in 100-degree temperatures. But it was still hot. I called and they came out right away for this 78-year-old. They gave me the choice of a $1,000 repair or a new system. I chose a new system as this was the third major repair on a very old system. They were able to get it done right away, taking into consideration my age. They were very polite and kind as well as upbeat and in good spirits. They were also neat and tidy. Alex does a good job and leads a good team. I appreciate them and highly recommend them.

Cheryl called the morning after submitting a service request on the website and scheduled to have Alex arrive that afternoon—quick response! Alex did a thorough check of the system, which was working OK when he arrived. But then he coupled that with my observations and made a good determination of the issue and proposed a fix. Reliable Air really lives up to their name! My AC was leaking water, and they were able to come out quickly, arriving right on time. Alex was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue (a clogged drain), how it happened, and even gave me tips on how to help prevent it in the future. He didn’t just fix the problem and leave; he also made sure the system was running within normal limits before he left, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The price felt very reasonable for the level of service I received. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend Reliable Air!

Highly Recommend Reliable Air
My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Naturally, it was on a Friday evening making it impossible to find help. I left messages at several local companies to no avail. Thankfully, Reliable Air called back Saturday morning, and by that afternoon the technician (Alex) arrived. Alex went through the process of troubleshooting it while keeping me informed along the way. As a retired engineer, everything he checked made perfect sense.
